Brennan & Burch’s Spring/Summer 2008 collection “Meet the Gang” Preview

“Meet the Gang” is inspired by fantastical children’s book “Where the Wild Things Are” combined with Stephen King’s “The Talisman”. A child is dreaming and takes a journey to the faraway lands encountering cute yet fearsome-looking monsters. The faraway lands lies in the imagination, is the child sleeping or are they really experiencing this mystical place? The prints link together a story of this land where creatures live together harmoniously. We see a continuum of previous illustrations transporting back old acquaintances who bring along more of their friends. Prints include Land of Yeti, Butterfly Skull Melt, Meet the Gang, Googly eye drops, Day Out, and Monster Sheriff.
